Can someone please remind me how to cause civil war amongst nations in civilization II test of time. I thought you had to take there capital but it didnt work.

In Civ1 and Civ2, the capture of a capital (by you or any other player) sometimes causes civil war; not always. I don't know about ToT. Robin Patterson 05:30, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

I own ToT, and capturing the capital does cause civil war. The chances are higher if the empire is larger.
