Wonders
In Civilization IV the World Wonders, or Great Wonders, are unique. If one civilization completes a World Wonder, no other player can build it. National Wonders, sometimes called Small Wonders, can be built by all players, even if another civilization has already finished one; there is no requirement to be the first to complete it.
